This hotel needs a renovation. Dark, dirty, musky. The lighting is bad, ventilation on bathroom non existent. Breakfast was not good either or visible - we weren’t sure where it was and no staff told us.

elevator was broken. bathrooms were in rough shape. no soap, provided only body wash to wash hands in bathroom. linens and towels were clean.

Americas Best Value Inn - Knoxville East
Everything was excellent except for the road noise. This hotel is close to the interstate so it was noisy at night. Would not have been a problem had I brought my earplugs.
