"We had a lovely stay at the cottage for 1 week in November. The same parking spot right outside the door of the cottage was always there for us. There was COMPLETE silence even though it is in the town centre. Local takeouts are closeby, within walking distance, also groceries, pharmacy ,cafes etc and by walking distance i mean within 5 mins, at a leisurely pace. Lismore is an extremely quiet town. There are pubs but no customers, that we saw. Im assuming summertime is the busy season. The...

"We originally booked a 1 bedroom but the night before we got there we were told that wasn’t available and we were being given a different unit. I felt uncomfortable with that at such late notice but the house we were given was much larger and grander. The location was perfect for our stay and travels. The owner was kind and helpful. They have a family farm and were working a lot so we appreciated his time. The views are pretty and it was very peaceful."

"What a wonderful place to stay. Tomas and Queenie the dog greeted us upon our arrival. Moira, Tomas’ wife left us homemade scones and there were fresh eggs on the table. It was a super welcoming home to stay in. Thank you for making our first 3 days in Ireland memorable. "

"This old cottage has been lovingly restored and decorated by a lovely young couple. The house is spacious and light. We had some technical issues with internet and the dryer but Niamh and Conor were quick to respond and find solutions. A few small issues could be improved: the bunk bed and one of the double beds creaked, the bathroom could do with some extra towel hooks and storage shelves for toiletries and we missed tables with the sofas.
