"Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und hat alles drin, was man so braucht. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb des Altstadt-Kerns, der aber fußläufig ganz gut erreichbar ist. Auch der kleine Stadtstrand ist fußläufig. Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist auch ok."

Der Hof darf durch Mieter genutzt werden. In der Wohnung ist an alles gedacht. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Spülmittel, Abwaschlappen, Toilettenpapier, Seife. Auspacken und wohlfühlen. Das Mobiliar, Badezimmer und der allgemeine Zustand ließen sehr zu wünschen übrig, anders ausgedrückt, in die Jahre gekommen, mit starken Abnutzungserscheinungen.
