"We loved staying in this property. It had so much charm and was very well kept. It was very close to Guildford which was great for walking in to go to the pubs and shops. It’s a 5 minute walk to the train which was excellent for commuting into London. Would definitely recommend. The only caution I would say is that the stairs are very steep so if staying with elderly or young kids to be mindful. Otherwise great stay!"

"Great hotel if you have a flight to catch the next day. Located in Terminal 2 easy access to Terminal 3 by walking. There is a free train ride to terminal 5. The staff provided a map to show to get to train and locate terminal 5. They were very helpful. The buffet breakfast hit the spot before heading to airport."

Check-in took far longer than on previous visits.The queue snaked back to the hotel entrance doors and there were only 2 check-in "desks" open. A taxi - which turned out to be a "private transfer" - was arranged for the following morning. It came on time but then took a very circuitous route to Terminal 5. The cost (£15) was probably in line with standard charges but would not have been justified for a more direct route."
