About this property

House with a large garden between Augsburg and Munich

  • This little house hasn't lost its charme dating back to the fifties. It is surrounded by a park-like garden with old trees. The large terrace is partially covered by a roof.
    A kindney-shaped small water basin is the nostalgic eyecatcher.
    In the groundfloor you are welcomed in a spacious entrance hall. There are a separate toilet, a wardrobe, a kitchen with an antique sofa and two common rooms which are combined by a sliding door. From the bigger room with the large dining table, the old piano and the noble tiled stove you can step out on the terrace. The kitchen is well equipped with a lot of modern appliances, even a thermomix.
