Nexus Suiten Top 5

Nexus Suite Top 5

Nexus Suite Top 5 is the jewel of the house – a penthouse that sets new standards with its open architecture, high ceilings, and breathtaking panoramic views. Up here, above the rooftops of Stuben, light, space, and tranquillity blend into a living experience that captures the Arlberg at its finest. The newly built Nexus Suites combine contemporary design with alpine charm – and Top 5 embodies this philosophy at the highest level.

Facilities

On 87 m², two bedrooms and two bathrooms await you, designed with natural materials and warm, subtle tones. The open living area with high ceilings, a fireplace, and a sofa bed creates a sense of spaciousness and comfort. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook and enjoy together, while your private sauna offers relaxation after an active day. An lift brings you conveniently to the penthouse floor, from which you can access your suite. From the balcony, you can take in a truly unmatched view across the valley and the peaks of the Rätikon.

Location

The Nexus Suites are located in the heart of Stuben am Arlberg, the cradle of alpine skiing. As part of Austria’s largest interconnected ski area, you are only a few turns away from the slopes. In summer, hiking trails begin right outside the door – Stuben is a place where authenticity and alpine lifestyle meet in perfect balance.

Special Features

The combination of penthouse location, high ceilings, private sauna, and perfect panoramic views makes Nexus Suite Top 5 an exceptional retreat at the Arlberg. Here, you don’t just stay in the mountains – you rise above them.

“Berge spüren” – feel the mountains – is our promise!
