Holiday House with pool Katić close to Split

New modern holiday house with the outdoor pool. House offers 4 comfortable rooms and 2 bathrooms. 25 min driving from the Split center and 3 minutes driving from the highway exit. On ground floor there is open space living room and dinning room with the kitchen. Next to the kitchen you have playroom for the kids and one bathroom. On first floor there are four rooms with the balcony. Also on the first floor you have one bathroom. House has private parking. In front of the house is big terrace with the table and next to terrace is outdoor pool with shade house and sunbeds. Closest supermarket is 5 minute drive, beach is 25 minute drive and Trogir and Split are also 25 minute drive.
