"Fridge didn't work propperly, very small room"

"My stay at H4 Hotel in Leipzig was absolutely fantastic. Staff went above and beyond, especially the front desk and restaurant staff during the morning and evening. The room was immaculate. The breakfast buffet was huge, with fresh fruit, vegetables, and delicious coffee. The location is perfect, just 5 minutes away from a shopping center and a recreation center. It is our favorite hotel when we visit family. "

"This is an excellent hotel on the edge of Leipzig city centre and Old Town and within a 10 minute walk of the shops and main attractions. The staff at Reception were most welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was particularly good and great value for money. Hotel Dorint would be an excellent choice for anyone visiting the beautiful city of Leipzig."

"The room lacked basic amenities, such as shampoo, a telephone, coffee, or tea. The towels were very old and of low quality. The curtains didn't work, and the floor lamp was broken. The power outlet was placed in the headboard at the place just above the pillow. Furthermore, the hotel was 20 20-minute drive from the city center.  I am considering asking Expedia for a full refund because they grossly misrepresented the hotel. "

"The apartment is in a great location - 5 minutes from a tram stop which is 10 minutes from the main railway station which made our time in Leipzig much easier as we travelled by train. Being a ground floor apartment was a plus for us because we were travelling for several weeks, as was the washing machine. Two nearby Turkish restaurants and an Aldi about a 10 minute walk away were bonuses. Our host was very obliging and patient in responding to our queries. The apartment is lovely. It has a large living area and good-sized rooms and is well heated and there is a lovely garden to look at through the back window.There is more to Leipzig than music. It has a rich history dating back centuries and, more recently, played an important role in the bringing down of the Berlin Wall. We are very glad that we decided to include Leipzig in our travel plans."
