"Guest Service staff was helpful in checking in and arranging the Melaka River Cruise. F&B & Kitchen staff are helpful and friendly. Even though i ordered room service 5 minutes before their closing time, they agreed to cook and send it over to my room without showing sour face. Most of the time spend hanging around Melaka so i cant comment much about the hotel. The rooms are just nice to stay if you are not a fussy type whom just need a room to sleep. "The hotel is conveniently located near to eateries and places of interest. Walkable for those who are used to outdoors. Otherwise, Jonker Walk and other historical places are located within 3 km radius. The only gripe is that the sound proofing is poor. Noise along the corridor and next room is clearly audible. Hopefully the management will look into this issue."

"Everything you’d expect expect from a 4 star hotel! Only thing is the sauna & gym were shared by Swiss garden residences so on weekends it can get quite busy. Some of the equipment in the gym could be better but then again you don’t melaka to spend time in the gym 😂"

"Friendly staff. Concerned that they would not return my deposit which they took on my first night after 7 days. Also expect to pay all nights on the first day. Beautiful Perakaan house. Locality is ideal for sight seeing and eating local food. Grab drivers are helpful and friendly "

"Hotel is converted from old Paranakan house, very beautiful. Surprisingly the room was quiet and soundproof, I expected it could be noisy but it wasn’t. Bathroom was very big and clean, room and bad were clean, only the carpet is due for change. Hotel provide free parking slot. counter staff was helpful and courteous. Will stay again if back to Malacca. "

"Overall it’s a good hotel. However it’s not comparable with 5 stars hotel service. The breakfast is not attractive at all, there is a few chairs at the pool,, the gym is old and not well maintained. The most of staff is friendly. The pool staff is not at the pool, the guest cannot ask the towels. Tthe pool bar staff said he is bot pool staff and he does not know anything about the pool. Need a phone to reception or pool staff."

"Room was clean and staff were courteous. Not able to get World News, in English, such as BBC. CNN etc.. Great location to walk 20 mins to Jonkers Night Market. Hard to find Chinese, Indian, and European restaurants around. However, the local food are fantastically nice!! "
