"This was an ideal location for my business trip. A large space with two bedrooms. A/C was good and the kitchen well equipped. The bus to the town centre is 1 minute away and is frequent. Download the PAME app to get bus times and routes. There is no really close restaurants or supermarkets, but the latter is walkable. So plan to take the bus for food and drink. Recommended for business stays or leisure. "

"This is definitely a 3 star hotel. The construction outside is noisey and restricts easy access. It is centrally located in old town. The hotel has tried to modernize but does need maintenance. Once issue with shower head was identified it was fixed. The staff are exceptional, in particular Deborah, Stella, Trisha, Sarah and nikoplos (sorry misspelled). They are guest oriented very helpful and gracious. "

"When you are in Nicosia in August you need a hotel with a pool. Cleopatra hotel has a beautiful pool that opens right after the complimentary breakfast. It is also located close to a pharmacy, convinient stores, and retail stores. It was an excellent choice for our vacation."

"There were no towels in the room on arrival. When we asked for some, 3 hand towels were delivered. The following day we managed to receive some bath towels which were so old and thin it was barely worth it. There was also no drinking water available and when we asked for some, we were charged for bottles. There is nothing “boutique” about this hotel. The only saving grace is the staff who were welcoming and friendly. "
