The islands of Rügen and Hiddensee, as well as the Fischland-Darss-Zingst peninsula with its long white sandy beaches, are in the immediate vicinity.
A unique and breathtaking spectacle awaits you in Klausdorf in the spring and fall: tens of thousands of cranes rest in the fields surrounding the village.
