On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living area with an open kitchen, an elegant dining area, and a cosy sitting area. During the colder months, you can spend relaxing hours in our “hygge” living area. And in the warmer months, you can enjoy a sunny spot on the patio in your garden.

This ground-floor apartment also features 1 bedroom with a comfortable double bed, 1 bedroom with a single bed that can be extended into a double bed (1.60 m), and a spacious bathroom with a floor-to-ceiling shower, making it suitable for 4 people. The bedrooms can be completely darkened with roller blinds. The inviting entryway offers plenty of space and storage options. The apartment also features an utility room with a household cabinet.

The furnishings are in a Nordic style.

- Dogs are allowed (maximum 2 pets) for 5€ per pet per night.
- A parking space is located in front of the house in a carport.
- A lockable storage room, e.g., for bicycles, is available.
- Three bicycles are available.

Klanxbüll, North Frisia, Germany
Klanxbüll is home to the last train station before the island of Sylt. From here, you have the shortest journey to the island—just 15 minutes by train, with trains running every half hour.
The islands of Sylt, Föhr, and Amrum, as well as the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site, are right on your doorstep. Artists such as Emil Nolde and Hans Peter Feddersen found their way here and created wonderful works of art. Small towns like Husum, Friedrichstadt, and Tønder invite you to explore and shop. And then there’s the Rømø Peninsula—a good 60 km away—with beaches, sand, and dunes as far as the eye can see. From Klanxbüll, you can start your ride directly on the North Sea Coastal Bike Path in either direction. A bike rental service is available right on site at the Wiedingharde Information Centre.
