"Initially we had an issue with check in - but between the hotel staff and Expedia staff we were able to resolve the issue. The hotel staff was understanding and helpful at check in - and any other times we interacted with them, they were great. The gentleman who checked me out was very kind, as we were leaving to head north through a snowstorm and he was helpful with info and just general kindness.
