The room needs a deep clean. The main thing is the whole property smelled like an ash tray. The room stank badly of cigarette smoke. It was awful. Shady, homeless-looking people wandering up and down the balcony and downstairs. I am cancelling my next Motel 6 Reservation. I won't stay there again. Go ahead and turn the light off, and don't wait up for me.

Once again I have to say that motel 6 is a great place to stay with your pets. However this particular property was not as good as others that I've stayed at. Mainly it was really messy outside which is understandable in the winter time but also they had only one ice machine and it wasn't working. I asked the front desk if they had another machine. And was told no. At which point she also said the reason that the one in the lobby wasn't working was because it didn't have water? Which was odd. Since I got one piece eyes out of it. The room was clean the air conditioner worked great. So honestly for the price once again motel 6 is the best place to stay with pets. I felt safe and I didn't feel dirty when I left the room. And then my book that's as good as a thumbs up.

I stay at Motel 6’s and expect the rooms to be a bit cleaner. I think this motel would do well for some upgrades in towels and cleaner floors. Location is good and I appreciate being able to have my dog stay for free. Most if not all motels other than this one charge extra for a pet.

Dirty and nasty. Dog hair everywhere, pee still on the toilet, splatters all over the mirror, no remote, dog and human hair all over the sheets, nasty finger prints/dirt/grime all over the walls and doors, garbage left under the beds, just absolutely disgusting. We had to buy cleaner and a mop and clean ourselves. We won’t be staying again.

The room was very dirty with hair on the ground, bugs on the ground, dirt in the bottom of the shower, cob webs on the walls, stains and dust on the lights and lamp shades, air filter caked with dust, room smelled like dog and was bad to breath, broken light switch on one lamp, hair on the towels and bed, calking around the sink and shower gross or gone.

I can not believe how dirty this place was. I want my money back. Hair all over the beds and back of toilet. Smelled off pee sooo bad. I was to tired to complain, but wish i did. Do.not. stay here . Gross

There is no shampoo and conditioner. But other than that the room was just what you'd expect. Not perfectly clean. I stepped on the floor after I got out of the shower and after walking to the bed my feet were slightly tinged brown from dirt.

Honestly, property was dirty, staff was unfriendly, area wasn’t ideal, and was always worried about my well being and safety. I got a non-smoking room, because of athsma, and the room right next door to mine was a smoking room, which was smoked in all night and the smell of marijuana penetrated my room. left with a sore throat and terrible cough.

The bed was comfortable. I had previously stayed at another motel that was part of the Windom Group in Klamath Falls and the bed was so hard that I might as well slept on the floor. I won't go there again!

This is the nastiest motel i have ever stayed in. Hair in the bed, bath room, and floors. Crumbs every where and didn't even look cleaned between visitors. I thought this was a one off, so i had them switch my room and same thing. I ended up sleeping on my jacket for the night, but I should've slept in my car. When this concern was raised to staff they shrugged it off like it was a common complaint, and no attempt to save experience was made. I hope this motel gets removed from Expedia.

You get what you expect
This was pretty typical for a Motel 6- the rooms were small, and overall clean. The heater worked well, and the gentleman at the desk was friendly and quick to check us in.

The only good thing about this property is the location is semi safe and the staff were nice. The room was dirty, it looked like it hadn’t been mopped in months. There was hair in the sink and the shower. The worst part was the bed. It would have been more comfortable to sleep on the floor. I’ve never had to sleep on a harder bed in my life. The walls are very thin. The pillows provided are about an inch thick.

When we arrived on 11/3 we were greeted by a very nice lady named Loretta , she made check an ease , we got into our room and it was very clean ( and I’m picky ) so we were very pleased . Went to check out the next more at 4:30 am and I wasn’t expecting anyone to be at the desk but there was another really nice woman…. Highly recommend this place.
