The refund was processed by the booking company. That's fine. The strange experience was in the restaurant we used before heading back home. The tip was rounded up much higher we mentioned. "The location is right in the city centre, which is good as you can easily get anywhere, on the other hand it is a bit noisy in the night (but one can expect that in the city centre). The staff was very helpful and easygoing. The breakfast was very good (buffet). One can see the hotel is a bit aged, but it is still in a good condition. Rooms are clean, but the shower place in the bathroom is relatively small. Overall, the hotel is a good choice."

"This is a beautiful and quiet hotel, perfect for a relaxing weekend. A few things to be aware of for future guests: the main parking lot fills up very quickly on weekend evenings. There is an additional lot across the street, but it's easy to miss until you see other cars parked there. Also, note that the restaurant does not have its own restroom facilities."
