It is a family friendly, clean, safe and comfortable hotel. The quality of the thermal water is amazing, makes your skin soft and glow. Hotel personnel are very friendly and helpful at any time. Speacial shout out to hotel manager Gamze, she is very dedicated to her job, i stayed in the hotel all by myself but but i received lots of support and kindness from her.

I expected relaxation, but this hotel is the opposite. Plastic plants everywhere try to cover the lifeless atmosphere, while worms hang from the ceiling in the corridors. The buffet food tasted like leftovers from yesterday clearly a way to cut costs There are no real activities around so you’re stuck. The thermal water itself is good, but the moment you step outside the pool, the staff’s attitude brings stress right back….no sense of hospitality, no way to actually relax. Management seems focused on lowering costs, not on guest experience. For foreign travelers, this place feels unwelcoming and careless. Definitely not worth it.

The hotel is in a national park with beautiful nature and clean air abound. Suite room was large and clean. Facilities and amenities are fantastic. Breakfast buffet was good.

I left this hotel two days early because of unprofessional staff and a toxic environment. Within the first minutes of a massage session, employee Gökhan acted disrespectfully. I reported it calmly, but nothing was done. He still sits at the spa reception, continuing the same behavior. The local managers have no authority. Even the woman manager had to call higher bosses instead of acting directly. It’s also obvious the staff are underpaid and unmotivated, which shows in their behavior. Management doesn’t care about professionalism or respect, only about keeping the business running at the lowest cost. Only Yusuf at the front desk was professional and spoke English, you’re lucky if his shift covers you. The building feels old, the spa is full of fake plastic plants, and the atmosphere is the opposite of relaxation. Foreigners should think twice before coming here. This is not the standard of a true 5star hotel. The water may be thermal, but the staff create the opposite of relaxation.

I liked the place, but as for the cleanliness of the rooms, I think it could be better. The food is excellent, and the spa, I think they should focus on implementing the rules for visitors. I think they have a shortage of workers.

We can’t camp in the park , so stay overnight here

This is a Spa resort, they have complimentary Suna, swimming pool and steam room on site. You can use it without charge when staying. The hammam is not free, they provide family hammam room if you want to experience it with your family / children (not sure how that works). Dinner and Breakfast are included buffet style). For some reason, the national park is closed for camper and they have to close the park for a day for cutting down some trees, we have no choice but staying over in the hotel instead of camping in the park.

I was on a quest for relaxation at a supposedly relaxing thermal hotel. My experience turned into an obstacle course of disappointments. Our room-changing odyssey began immediately. The first room was a tech wasteland, broken safe box, dead TV. We barely unpacked before being moved again, this time to a room clearly meant for two… though we were a party of three! It took multiple trips down to reception to finally secure a proper room. The real blow came with the realization that the sauna and steam room, features I'd specifically asked about before booking were out of commission. "Renovations," they said, which felt like a slap in the face after being assured of their availability. The food wasn't terrible, but the monotony was disheartening. As for the thermal pool, it started promisingly warm, but then transformed into lukewarm territory. Ideal thermal pool temperatures typically range between 37-40 degrees Celsius (98.6-104 degrees Fahrenheit), so 23 Celsius was a frigid surprise. The cherry on top? Terrible WiFi, slow, unreliable, constant drops. The staff's smiles were empty consolation when faced with our growing list of issues. However, I must give credit to Elif, the manager. Despite the circumstances, her warmth apologetic nature and welcoming body language showed she cared, even if the solutions weren't readily available. The Verdict: This hotel convinced me that unless you're incredibly lucky, your stay is guaranteed to come with a side of unexpected hassles.

Alles war relativ in Ordnung, bis auf Kleinigkeiten. Verbesserung wäre bei der Sauberkeit der Zimmer (nicht richtig gestaubsaugt) und Auswahl der Essen unter der Woche möglich (es gab nur am Wochenende wegen der größeren Menschenmenge mehr Auswahl, ansonsten hielt sich die Auswahl eher in Masse). Wir waren trotzdem relativ zufrieden. Und die Mitarbeiter waren ebenfalls sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Doğa çok güzel, kadın ve erkek ayrı olan alanlara çok yer ayrıldığı için karma havuz küçük ve hiç pencere yok bu yüzden kalabalık ve gürültülü oluyor. Havuz sıcakları ve ortam sıcaklığı iyi ayarlanmış o konuda başarılı. Akşam yemeği saat 8.30 a kadar bence uzatılmalı. Yemek tek bir noktadan verilince kalabalık oluyor. Bu oda sayısı bu otele fazla olmuş. Daha butik ihtiyaçları karşılayabilecek durumda şuan. Personel ilgili ve belliki yöneticiler tarafından iyi muamele görüyor bu sebeple motive. Bu konuda otel başarılı. Akşam canlı müzik olması iyi, çocuk oyun alanı güzel. Ankara ilçeleri nezdinde olan termal oteller düşünülüyorsa tercih edilebilir. Ayrıca çoğu Afyon. Termal otelinde de olmayan günlük ücretsiz çay ve su ikramı olması çok iyi.

Harika bir otel

Otel gayet temiz, çalışanlar saygili güzel yuzlu ve ilgiliydi. Yemekler de gayet lezzetliydi aşçıların ellerine sağlık. Termal kısmına tek eleştirim termal havuzu küçüktü, onun dışında havuzlar ve termal temizdi hiç bir olumsuz durum yaşamadık. Konum itibariyle çam ağaçlarıyla cevrili bir yerde olmasında eşsiz bir manzara sunmasiydi.

Otel müşteri profili sıkıntılıydı tüm otelde içecek problemi vardı kahvaltıda kahve yoktu ücretliydi aralarda kahve yoktu ücretliydi portakal suyu bile ücretliydi yemek erkenden bitiyor kim kaparsa o alıyor bir daha da aynı yemekten çıkmıyordu kalanları yiyorduk havuzun ona kadar açık olmasını beğendik odaların genişliği temizliği Tesisin yapı yeniligi güzeldi ancak otelin müşteri profili muhafazakar olduğu için normal kişiler rahatsız edici bakışlara maruz kalıyordu. Otel çalışanları ile ilgili hiçbir sıkıntı yaşamadık gayet işlerini yapan çözüm insanlardı teşekkür ediyoruz
