G &K's two amazing cycladic houses private pool BBQ beach ideal for two families

If you are looking for tranquility, calmness and yet qualitative vacation with your family or friends, then you may enjoy unforgettable holidays to G&K's magnificent independent two fully equipped small villas
The infinity swimming pool in front of the houses, hanging over the rock, appears to be in continuity with the sea.
BBQ, wood burning oven, built tables and sofas are all around the houses's courtyards. The beach with natural shadow is accessible by foot via a natural stone path.

The blue for the sea and the sky, and the yellow for the sun and the surrounding summer landscape .
The two independent maisonettes are standing on a slope facing the picturesque small bay below, the endless blue of the Aegean Sea and the island of Serifos as well as the uninhabited small islands of Piperi and Serifopoula.

Designed and furnished carefully to respect traditional architectural principles and elements , each one of the independent small houses equipped wit high quality bedding and appliances, is built in two levels. One bedroom accessible by a small wooden staircase, with a double bed and a private bathroom are available in the upper level (partial privacy provided).
On the ground level, beds for max three persons (one built bed and one sofa bed for one/two children) are available in the spacious living room with an open plan fully equipped kitchen, dining area and bathroom.
Breath taking views are offered through the multiple windows all around the house.
The swimming pool, the BBQ and a traditional wood burning oven, as well as built tables and sofas found in the spacious surrounding area, but yet keeping the necessary privacy, are meant to be for common use for all guests from both houses. That makes the houses ideal choice for collective vacation for two families with children, or friends together (max persons 2 - 3 adults and /or 2 children in each house.
Guest access
A car is needed to reach the house, as well as to go around the island. You will have to drive on an easy dirt road for ~ 2 kilometers. The most beautiful not crowded beaches of the island, are still accessible via dirt roads.
Other things to note
Please notice that
1. we are located in a sparsely populated area, so there are not restaurants and shops around. That means that you should be prepared for your supplies. There are supermarkets at the port, as well as the villages ( Dryopida is on your way ). The closest with an easy access is on the main street right side after you pass Dryopida, on your way to us.
2. The tap water is not drinkable.
3. Please keep in mind that the water we use is not plentiful, and it is collected rain water, as well as drilling water, so we would really appreciate your concern to be saved.
