We had an absolutely great stay. The staff is extremely helpful and we always received a warm welcome coming back from a busy day of walking and shopping. It is very clean and the amenities were great. We were able to work out and use the public bath and it was included with our stay. The rooms are quite spacious and it was very convenient having laundry in our room. The Grand Monday was walking distance to shopping and great food! Even with the busy shopping area and all the restaurants the area was pretty quiet. Very family friendly. Will absolutely stay here again.

The staff was very helpful. Walked me through doing laundry. Evening ramen was good. Discovered a supermarket nearby with excellent, microwaveable meals. I’ve stayed here several times. I have a friend in Omiya and even though it’s a 15 minute train ride to get there, I think it’s worth it to stay ...

Everything in this hotel (bed, sofa) are low. There is no chair in the room. Dining has limited number of chair and seats in ordinary heights. Seats in the pictures are all low, as if we were living in Tatami (Japan) room.
