Great location with indoor access from the station. Lots of stores and dining options nearby. Staff members were friendly and helpful. The hotel overall was clean and well-maintained. Thank you for a great stay.

Ease of check in and check out processes. Courteous staff. Reasonable good breakfast. Nice amenities.

Stayed 2 nights. What a great hotel. Very friendly front desk team. Room ammenities are prefect and check in/check out a breeze. Very short walk to Kokura station. Would definitely stay again.

Clean and spacious room, friendly and accommodating staff, breakfast options were fantastic and a mix of local specialities and western comforts. The amenities were also very handy.

The staff were extremely helpful

The place is amazing. The only issue is the breakfast and dinner on offer. They never changed. It was the same thing over and over again. This was hard for someone like me who stayed for three days. It becomes unappetising after a while. Many guests have decided to eat out instead. A little bit of variety could have helped. This can be done well without blowing the budget, if they were adhering to a set amount. Overall, I give it a 4 instead of a 5. But had I stayed only one night, the food...

The staff were super frienly and helpful. The hotel is walking distance from the station (10 minute walk) and the room we were in had a great view!

I understand that amenities can be self-serviced but a tea bag or two in the room or close to the elevator would be nice.

Excellent

Clean and nice

Room was a little worn out but actually lended to the old European style they were going for, garden view from room was pretty good but very nice from the all-day restaurant during breakfast buffer (which also had a great selection of Japanese and Western food), would be good if they had a coin laundry available rather than or additional to the pay per item wet or dry clean

Loved the location 5 minute walk from the Kokura Station on the quiet North side of the station, use the escalators to get down the street level with luggage. Supermarket in Basement of the station also in Saint City building and a convenience store opposite the hotel. Saizeriya Restaurant just a 5 minute walk in the same street as the hotel with cheap hot meals and wine. Tourist Information was so helpful at the station with maps and suggestions

Always Pleasant Amenities, Staff and Super Comfortable Beds. Always a Pleasure to stay at Apa 😎
