"Most stays we have had at Holiday Inn Express have been great and actually Very little complaints. rooms always clean, great breakfast, pool etc. However, the Lake Placid Holiday Inn Express was FANTASTIC from Paula at the desk when we arrived right to the room staff. Room, (Tub) (very important) was spotless. I asked the evening desk clerk if he knew when the local ice cream parlor closed. Instead of no or some vague answer he said "Hold on, I'll look that right up for you". That goes a long way with me. On a closing note, the Lady doing breakfast on 8/16, (didn't catch her name) kept the area stocked and clean every minute and was an awesome person in general. We will stay again Steve & Beth Mealey Micco, Fl."

"Great size apartment for a family of four. Host was very prompt in responding to any questions that arose during our stay. The AC in the room worked amazingly because other family members stayed in other rooms and were not pleased with the AC. Took the two key card’s home by mistake and moved some decor out of sight because of the kids and the host was very understanding. Will be staying here in the future again in the future."
