Newly renovate 1/1 second floor relaxed condo-style hotel at Greenpoint Kissimmee. Few miles from Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando Resort. and majority of the shopping & outlet malls!
The traditionally decorated studio feature, cable TV and bathroom.
Freebies include Wi-Fi, plus facilities such as an outdoor heated pool and hot tub, a children's pool and a picnic area.
There's also on-site laundry (fee), a game room and much more.
The hotel now has a free complimentary shuttle service to take people to/from the hotel to Disney/Universal call to for more information (407) 900-6217
Enjoy Late check out, 11 am
Laundry available with extra fee and is located on the 2nd floor.
Hotel Breakfast is available every morning for only $12 per person.
Please note, that the AC temperature will not be set up lower than 74 degrees.
The minimum age required is 18.
Our office hours are 7 days a week from 9am to 10pm.
Early check-in and late check- out might be possible but subject to availability.
Community do not allowed Truck, Trailer, Boat, boat trailers, semi-trailers, buses, limousines, motor homes, campers shall be parked, stored kept, or maintained on any portion of the Condominium.
