Spacious Villa in unspoilt nature directly by the sea - a paradise

If you are looking for something really special, for something really unique you will be here at the right place. The property offers what its name promises: A magnificent view over the bay of Kampos (Afrotolakous) with its wonderful pebble beach surrounded from an impressive and unspoilt landscape. Our natural stone Villa, built in a traditional style, is a 140 square meter single-storey building. The fully equipped open floor kitchen, dinning and living spaces are open to the terrace and to an amazing spacious garden area with a new infinity pool, which offers you large space for outdoor playing and entertainment. The beach of Kampos is a 6 minute walk.
Our Villa Magical View offers place for 4 to 5 people. It has two bedrooms – one with a double bed and the en suite bathroom with toilet and shower and the other with two single beds. The other spacious bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with massage jets. The dinning and living room seats 6 people comfortably. All rooms have air conditioning. Furthermore the Villa offers Sat TV and internet access.
We are also pleased to offer you a welcome package for your first breakfast and welcome you to taste our homemade wine and raki.

We would like to inform our guests about the newly updated Climate Resilience Tax by the Greek Government in 2025. Since we meet the category of a 5-star hotel with Villa Magical View, the amount is 15.00 euros per night. We collect the amount for the entire stay in cash upon arrival.

Villa Magical View is a good name for this place.

It is a huge view and the longest horizon I can remember seeing. There is an abandoned building project next door but this does not detract from the incredible setting. The house is very well set up and the extra child bed in the second bedroom worked well. There is so much space both indoors and outdoors. The pool was also perfect for us. You are quite far from much of Crete so best if you want to switch off, relax and spend time in the house and the empty beach nearby. A few very good tavernas about 10-15mins away in the car. Birgitta is also the perfect host. 5 stars all round !!!!!

Perfect for Greta Garbo.

There are two great positives about this property, the brilliant property manager (who could not have been more helpful) and the outside facilities (great pool, nice outside furniture and of course the view). On the negative side, the inside of the property is less attractive. I appreciate style is a matter of personal taste (I’d describe the look as ‘Gothic horror meets Haunted house) but uncomfortable furniture was disappointing. The most important aspect of a stay at this villa is its location. It is REMOTE. If you are Greta Garbo and ‘want to be alone’ it would be perfect. If on the other hand you like to walk to local shops and tavernas then this is not the place for you. My number one tip would be to ensure you shop in Chania before you set off and bring every bit of food and drink you need for your stay with you. Whether you feel like you have found your perfect oasis or you feel like you are under house arrest will depend on the success of that shopping trip.

Wir haben drei wunderschöne und entspannte Wochen in diesem tollen Ferienhaus verbracht. Die ruhige Lage unmittelbar am Meer und der tolle Ausblick sind traumhaft, ideal zum Erholen und Abschalten vom oft hektischen Alltag. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Birgitta begrüßt und fanden ein bestens ausgestattetes Haus mit gefülltem Kühlschrank und großer Obstschale vor. Auch der wöchentliche Reinigungsservice durch die nette Ria war prima. Es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir definitiv wieder kommen wollen.

Magnifique sejour

Nous sommes une famille de 5 avec 3 enfants de 8,12 et 13 ans. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cette superbe propriété. La vue est à couper le souffle, la maison dispose de tout le confort et est parfaite, la piscine est top. Out of this world

The glorious view and perfect pool banish any stress you may have brought with you. Lying under a blanket of stars and the visible milky way at night, which we did many nights, was a remarkable experience Both the outdoor and indoor areas are clean and comfortable - perfect for relaxing. The entire house is lovely. We ventured out most days, including Elafonisi (go early), Balos by boat from Kissamos and Paliochora. There are many wonderful tavernas. Glykeria in Elafonisi Gialities down the road Brigitta is a warm and lovely person. She is readily available and truly kind. We are a family of 4 with teenagers and everyone loved the house I highly recommend staying at this property. .

Paradise on earth

The house is exactly as described and even more. For people seeking a relaxing and peaceful holiday far from touristic crowds, this is the place. The Magical View villa is the perfect name for this well-equipped, extremely spacious, secluded, beautifully furnished house. At our arrival, food and drinks were provided - thank you so much! Om du ikke er lokalkjent ; vanskelig å finne Dårlig veibeskrivelse Ble bedt om å forlate huset tidligere enn annonsert . Dette da de hadde ny gjester som kom tidligere Måtte gå på inspeksjon gjennom huset med forvalter før vi reiste Det har jeg ikke opplevd noen annen plass. Hverken på hotell eller boliger leid Det var sånn vi måtte gjennom da vi var i det militære LAVMåL! Selv om vi likte stedet og turmulighetene i området , flott, kommer vi ikke tilbake hit pga elendig inn - og utsjekk

Schönes Haus mit traumhaften Meerblick

Schönes Haus mit atemberaubenden Ausblick aufs Meer. Steinstrand unter dem Haus ist schnell zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet, alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Die Betreuung durch Brigitte war ausgezeichnet. Wir empfehlen die schöne Villa gerne weiter.

Super Ferienhaus mit sehr schönen Blick aufs Meer

Das Ferienhaus ist optimal um touristischen Trubel zu umgehen und die Landschaft zu genießen. Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt… draußen die überdachte Terrasse, mit großen Esstisch, Außengrill, Sitzecke… Die schönsten Strände sind gut zu erreichen, allerdings ist das Autofahren bei den Serpentinenstraßen teilweise sehr abenteuerlich. Gute Tavernen sind mit dem Auto in ca. 10 min erreichbar. Der Pool ist groß und bietet auch beim Schwimmen einen sensationellen Blick auf Meer und Berge.

Villa Magic View - Nomen est Omen

Grandioses Panorama, tolle Villa, klasse Pool weit abseits des sonstigen Tourismus. Wer Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht und dabei nicht auf die Annehmlichkeiten eines gut ausgestatten Hauses verzichten möchte, der ist bei der Villa Magical View genau richtig. Wir haben hier eine herrlich entschleunigte Woche verbracht und unsere Energiespeicher wieder voll aufgeladen. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Kleines Stück Paradies auf Erden

Wir sind am Anreisetag sehr spät angekommen weil es doch vom Flughafen HER zum Haus über 3 Stunden dauert aber Brigitta war immer noch da und hat uns herzlich in Empfang genommen und uns alles gezeigt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und bietet alles was das tägliche Herz benötigt. Für die Umgebung, den Pool und die Aussicht gibt es nur ein Wort "Atemberaubend". Wir können dieses Objekt nur herzlich weiterempfehlen.

Erholung pur in malerischer Umgebung

Wir verbrachten eine tolle Woche in der Villa und haben uns sehr gut erholt. Die Villa ist hervorragend ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Die Terrasse und der Pool mit dem einzigartigen Blick aufs Meer waren für uns ein absolutes Highlight. Die traditionellen Tavernen, die man innerhalb kurzer Fahrzeit erreichen konnte, rundeten den gelungenen Urlaub zusätzlich ab. Birgitta ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und stand uns bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Trotz unserer späten Anreise (wir hatten ein Problem mit unserem Mietwagen), begrüße sie uns persönlich am Haus und zeigte uns alles. Vielen Dank dafür, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wer Erholung und ursprüngliches Kreta sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Die Villa bietet alles, was man benötigt. Durch Pool, den traumhaften Blick und den „eigenen Strand“ waren wir selten unterwegs. Für Kochfaule gibt es verschiedene Tavernen im Umfeld zwischen 10min - 25min. Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Service perfekt.

Traumhaus-Traumurlaub

Auch noch im November hat sich Kreta von seiner besten Sonnenseite gezeigt. Die Sonnenuntergänge am Pool oder in der gemütlichen Couch zu geniessen, und das bei noch 23 Grad, ist einfach ein Traum. Den sauberen Kiesstrand hatten wir für uns alleine, das Wasser war noch herrlich warm. Das Haus ist herrlich. Auch wenn das Wetter mal nicht mitspielt, auch von innen kann man durch die Panoramascheibe übers Meer blicken. In der Sprudelwanne kann man herrlich entspannen. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Birgitta hat uns den Kühlschrank mit allem Notwendigen für das erste Frühstück reichlich gefüllt. Es empfiehlt sich trotzdem, bei der Anfahrt in Chania oder Kissamos einzukaufen. Die Anfahrt über die immer kleineren Strassen war sehr abenteurlich :). Alles in allem haben wir eine wundervolle Woche im November hier verbracht.

Superbe vue, piscine géniale. Dépaysement assuré au prix d’un éloignement parfois pénalisant. Mais le jeu en vaut la chandelle Allez y les yeux fermés, c’est mieux en vrai que sur les photos

Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit dort. Der Pool und die Terrasse, der Blick aufs Meer und die Berge … es war umwerfend . Wir waren schon nach kurzer Zeit tiefenentspannt. Birgitta hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen, ein tolles Frühstück vorbereitet und uns auf Fragen schnell geantwortet und viele hilfreiche Tipps für Ausflüge etc. gegeben. Gern kommen wir wieder!!!
