Indoor facilities
This beautifully designed two-story villa features two elegant bedrooms, both located on the upper floor. Each room includes a queen-size bed, A/C, and direct access to a private balcony with sweeping sea views. A shared modern bathroom with a shower completes the upper-level layout.

The ground floor welcomes guests into a bright, open-plan living area with a comfortable sofa, Smart Satellite TV, and seamless access to the pool terrace. The fully equipped kitchen includes all essential appliances, while the adjoining dining area is ideal for family meals. A second communal bathroom with a shower is also available for added convenience.

Minimal décor, clean architectural lines, and floor-to-ceiling openings create an airy ambience filled with natural light and breathtaking views.

Outdoor facilities
The outdoor area invites guests to immerse themselves in the calming Cretan landscape. The private swimming pool offers refreshing moments under the sun, complemented by sun loungers and umbrellas for total relaxation. The villa is located in Kalyviani, a beautiful coastal village just minutes away from the famous Falassarna Beach and a short drive from the iconic Balos Lagoon. With easy access to local tavernas, beaches, and attractions, the villa combines privacy with excellent convenience.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash on arrival.

Himmel Villa l is part of the Himmel Villas Complex, which includes two villas: Himmel Villa l (2 bedrooms & max 5 guests) and Himmel Villa ll (2 bedrooms & max 5 guests). For larger groups, both villas can be booked together for a seamless stay. A connecting gate between the two villas makes movement easy for larger groups, while still keeping each villa private when needed.
