"We decided to stay over in Shinjuku while visiting Tokyo area from Osaka where we our extended stay was. The flat was great - spacious and comfortable - and exactly what we were hoping for in our short overnight stay. Just a short walk from Shinjuku and just what we needed for our family of six."

"This place is a traveler's dream. The listing is located in a peaceful town just a few stops away from the touristy Tokyo areas. Despite being small, the room has everything you need for a comfortable stay after long days of exploring. A big plus was having our own washer which is super helpful for longer stays. Highly recommend."

"We really enjoyed our stay here in Tokyo. The instructions were very clear, and having everything labeled especially for trash made things so much easier compared to other places we’ve stayed. It really helped us stay organized and made the whole experience more convenient.
The location was also great very walkable and in a peaceful neighborhood, which we really appreciated after busy days exploring the city.
Overall, it was a great experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely...

"The stay was excellent. Very clean, quiet, and safe and close to markets, restaurants and JR station. I would definitely book this place again on my next visit as I have a relative living there just a block away."

"The self check-in process was slightly unclear. Took maybe 5 minutes at the front of the building troubleshooting with my friends. However, after that one complicated step, the rest of the accomodation was amazing. The location makes you feel like a local and the apartment itself was cozy and had all the essentials. If you stay here, make sure to check out Suehiro Sushi. It is only a few blocks south and was for sure the best sushi we had on our entire trip."

"Always a wonderful stay at the Royal Park Hotel. They strictly honor the Expedia status (upgrades, one-time drink discount, late checkout, etc.) which is refreshing for a VIP hotel. I have not received consistent recognition throughout VIP hotels.
The staff is really friendly and professional. The view for breakfast is simply stunning. I would not rate it as a top buffet though (limited options) but it was still very nice and affordable. I always love the fact that there is a Family Mart downstairs and Shimbashi is a very convenient location."
The Royal Park Hotel Tokyo Haneda Airport Terminal 3
10/10 Excellent
"Stayed here one night after a late international flight. Very easy to locate and well placed in terminal 3. Staff were very helpful at check-in and they gave us two rooms next to each other. Room was standard Japanese size but well appointed. Would be happy to stay here again."
