There has not been one single improvement, enhancement or update since the property was built to any of the common areas the Carpet is thread bare and stained. The balcony exterior is all in terrible condition and the entire hotel requires painting, New carpet & complete updating. "The wellness section is closed until 9AM, which is disappointing. Other places open sauna, etc at 7AM to accommodate those who wish to swim or use sauna before breakfast. The faucet was running, woke me up. "

"If I traveled to Keszthely again, I would pick the same place. The owners were very hospitable and very helpful in arranging extra activities, like our bike rental. Practical bonuses: a fridge in the room, a coffee maker in the main hall, complimentary tea and coffee; all making it possible to grab a snack before going out in the morning. The neighbourhood is lovely and quiet, whereas the lake, the beach and the center of Keszthely are within a walking distance. Overall, I would recommend it...

"Staff very friendly. Only four guests so restaurant shut just as we arrived, and breakfast was reduced, which is totally understandable with only 4 guests, but were asked if anything else we would like. Will stsy sgain. "
