West Village-Charming 1 bdrm Suite in Kirkwood

Summary:

Great private mini suite in cabin located on quiet cul-de-sac, with quick access to Kirkwood slopes. Equipped with a kitchenette, comfortable sleeping areas for 4 and ample storage for your equipment. Great spot to explore the surrounding areas of the Kirkwood basin and high sierra!

The Space:

Very private entry into a large mud room for storing all of your equipment. Bedroom with comfortable queen bed off mud room and through a separate door the main living quarters, with large kitchenette amply equipped. Plenty of comfortable seating and wood burning fireplace to really bring on the cozy factor.



Guest Access:

You will have the whole unit to enjoy.



The Neighborhood:

Cabin is in the west meadow amongst many of the original Kirkwood homes, Located on the closest cul-de-sac to HWY 88, it's a very quiet neighborhood, great for walking, with easy access to the meadow.



Getting Around:

There is a shuttle bus to schedule via text and call for pick ups and drop offs during mountain hours. Short drive to Timber Creek, the main lodge and all of Kirkwood's amenities.



Other Things to Note:

It's a small walk from the street parking to the unit. When using maps from your phone, sometimes they send you the wrong direction. Please see the photo we have provided for the appropriate location.



We are currently doing a small construction project through summer 2026. There will be times during the day when our contractor is hammering, sawing, walking around and playing music as we finished up the room, siding, and interiors - and it will be part of the background noise. In the long run its going to make the cabin awesome! We will have a great garage and better parking options for you. But it will slightly disturb the serenity of the cabin. We have already baked in a discount to the pricing. It has not been a big deal for many guests, but if you or your family would be disturbed by this, please choose one of the other awesome properties in Kirkwood!

We stand by our Cancellation Policy. Kirkwood is a mountain town and gets a large amount of snow. Please be prepared to travel during inclement weather.
