Forest Villas Hotel - Prescott

Forest Villas Hotel - Prescott

8/10 Good
"Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful (Naiomi, Bob and Rebecca.) The included breakfast buffet was also very good. Kudos to Al who maintained the food and breakfast area. The food was good and there was a good variety. They even supply gluten free bread which my husband needed due to celiac. The only issue we had was housekeeping. We asked for the latest possible housekeeping as we weren’t going to be getting up very early. The room was clean on our arrival on Tuesday evening. The next day we left for an appointment and returned after dinner to find that housekeeping had not been there. We had no towels, etc. which the front desk supplied for us. The next day they came but the bed was barely made. Basically just pulled up. That was the only downside to our stay. I would recommend staying here, just watch the housekeeping."
