"The receptionist on duty was absolutely lovely and so very helpful as we had a few questiins re getting to ferry etc the next morning. Spacious room. Great secure parking. Great location across the road from Stormont. 20 mins from ferry and not much more to Belfast city centre. Would stay again"

"We had a 7th floor room with sporadic AC. The AC vents blew air in your face when sleeping. The shower was not a 5 star room shower. The meals were fair and you were required to purchase 2-3 courses for a set price. We had to pay for breakfast and it was worse than all the 5 star hotels we previously ..."
