"Room was clean and good size espically that we had an infant with us. Most staff were great and helpful. The only issue was when I booked the room the images of the room had a balcony, but the room we got didn’t have a balcony. We had to upgrade our room to get a balcony."

When I booked a car and the driver was delayed, the staff quickly ordered another one through their phone and guided the driver exactly where to go. "Don’t stay here unless you have to be 10 minutes from the airport. The place is in disrepair. Among many other things, pieces of carpet cover the broken hall floor tiles. Everything is in need of refurbishment. Front desk staff look like they would rather be anywhere else. "
