I booked a room clearly stating it was for 4 Adults, arrived after hours to find my room had 1 King bed, phoned the property manager who told me it was an issue to deal with through Expedia, she had no other rooms available and didn't want to help any further. One adult had to sleep on the floor which had a huge stain on the carpet whilst the three other adults had to sleep in a King bed ( 2 singles...
