"Perfect stay at Hotel JAL City Toyama! The room was perfect and equipped with everything I needed. I especially loved the laundry information feature on the TV such a smart and convenient detail. The breakfast was delicious with great options, and the staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful during my stay. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Room is clean and fine, but breakfast has room to improve when the price is relatively high. Staff service is good and overall is good. Parking is required to bring the card to create a coupon receipt, not very convenient. "

"Okay,The guest room has a retro atmosphere reminiscent of the Showa era, featuring a large communal bath. While the amenities may not be luxurious, the cost performance is outstanding. The dinner and breakfast offer a delightful kaiseki meal with ingredients from the sea and mountains, along with a buffet style that includes both Western and Japanese dishes, ensuring high satisfaction. There’s also a free shuttle bus from the hotel to the nearest station. I highly 100% recommend it!"

"Staffs were responsive regarding late arrival. We were greeted promptly upon arrival and addisted with self check in. Room was tidy. Sound proof was a bit off but acceptable since we could hear next door snoring. And beds were making "queaky" sound. Breakfast were included and tasty. Breakfast staffs were fast to replenish supplies and make every customers filling their hungry stomach. We checked out and left luggage with the hotel to tour Tomari Spring festival. Staff was very helpful. Walk to station is reasonably short. Really enjoyed the stay and definitely will stay again. THANKS TO ALL staffs making us to have joyful stay."
