Disponibilité du personnel. Par contre trop de bruit dans l'ensemble de l'hotel. les chambres du rez de chaussée (1001, 1002 et suivantes)sont à éviter: mal entretenues, coumoir puant les urines et des va et viens incessants durant toute la nuit.

J’ai été agréablement surpris par l’accueil dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est le point fort de cet hôtel. Toujours souriant, agréable et à votre service.. j’ai eu la larme à l’œil lorsque ma famille et moi avons dû les quitter. Cependant, nous avons aussi eu des mésaventures. La climatisation était obsolète, le linge de lit pas digne d’un hôtel de cette renommée. Lorsque nous prenions notre douche, l’eau coulait (apparemment cela était dû à un soucis lors de la construction donc toutes les chambres sont concernées). Bref, je recommande vivement pour l’équipe mais à ce prix là vous pouvez vous rendre dans un hôtel comme le Memling ou encore le Rotana ou le service sera à la hauteur du montant payé.

Un vieil hôtel avec des services incompréhensible

C’est un hôtel avec des équipements très vieil, dans la chambre, il y toujours un odeur de remugle, et ça sens très fort aussi après le nettoyage de chambre, car les gens ne sèchent jamais la terre, on voit désinfectant par terre. Et l’expérience de douche est mauvaise, c’est anti-humanité, la zone de douche est étroite, on peut changer la direction très limitée, et la cours est tout petite, et particulièrement, la zone n’est pas bien fermée, l’eau est partout après la douche dans le toilette, et je mets le serviette de bain utilisé dans la porte, après le nettoyage, ça reste comme ça, ils ne les changent pas. Et le climatiseur est en face de lit, c’est facile de prendre le froid. Et il y a deux compresseurs de climatiseur dans votre balcon, avec le bruit horrible. Et le Wifi, avec un tout petit vitesse, je dois utiliser mon portable a partager la connexion internet avec mon lap-top pendant les séjours.

Mon sejour

Un sejour paisible. Encore est-il que je cherchais le comfort. Il manque un peu. Le detail n'est pas une preoccupation dans cet hotel, or c'est le detail qui attire le voyageant a revenir. Le gymnase pourrait etre plus propre et les equipements mieux entretenus. Le quatrieme etage ressemble a un depot, qui devrait plutot etre souterrain. La presentation du dejeuner pourrait beneficier de l'avis d'une femme, meme si le chef doit etre male, comme d'habitude dans les hotels. Un petit investissement dans des stages du personnel ailleurs (pensez, Kenya par exemple) poiurrait donner a cet hotel la qualite qu'il reclame de par son positionnement geographique privilegie dans cette ville. La gare lui donne une visibilite et un marketing qu'il devrait mieux utiliser.

Bad first impression, got into the room, just to find no toilet paper in the toilet and a used shower rob hanging. In such a hot country, the Aircon wasn't on and a number of light bulbs weren't working. After having a word with the Reception, some stuffs were remedied and all was okay in general.

Excellent D.R.Congo Hotel

Very pleased with the excellent service and exceptional accommodation. Couldn't believe this was in D.R. Congo. So proud of the work these people are doing. My children want to go back there again. Nice food!
