Three bedroom bungalow sleeping 5 in an ideal part of Kinsale. Beautifully decorated and furnished to a very high standard with all amenities. The quaint, picturesque, bustling little streets of kinsale, the shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants, the harbour, marina area and fishing boats are all right on your doorstep, less than 10 minutes walk away. Kinsale enjoys a growing reputation as the gourmet centre of Ireland. Live music can also be heard from many a pub as you walk along Kinsale's streets. An ideal location for sailing, golf, and fishing, Kinsale has a yachting harbour, sailing club and three golf courses. Not only do Kinsale's glorious beaches, coves and inlets make it one of the most popular bathing, snorkelling and surfing areas in Ireland, the waterfront is also a launching post for deep-sea angling, scuba diving and blue-shark fishing trips. Very pleasant and appointed cottage. Close to main attractions. Really enjoyed staying here and we traveled all around the area using this as a home base for two weeks.Great facility!

Great property with everything we needed, nicely decorated & amazing view. Hedges give privacy all around. Met the nice neighbor in the adjacent bungalow. We found it easier to drive to the property from R606 rather than always through the lovely and busy Kinsale streets. Recommend it & would stay here again.

House was better than described. Immaculately clean, had everything we needed, great instructions for kitchen and hot water for showers for those of us unfamiliar with the workings of things in Ireland. View from kitchen and lounge was beautiful. Quiet and very homey, like staying with relatives. Host was always available. Would highly recommend.

Great place to stay

The property is just 7 mins walk into Kinsale and it's clean, warm and has most things you could need during a short stay. The town is full of great places to eat and drink. Already planning to return

Wonderful stay in Kinsale

The accommodation was very comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. The view from the back deck is spectacular. The property is within walking distance to the town but a little hilly for anyone with mobility issues. All in all a lovely time here.

Wonderful place and great view

Perfect central location

location was within walking distance of center of town. Couldn't have been better placed for exploring Kinsale and immediate area. Rained hard most of our visit so we didn't roam far but still found plenty to do.

Lovely relaxing bungalow with views

A nice, warm and comfortable bungalow with space for 6 people to be comfortable. Views from the living room, kitchen and garden are lovely when the sun shines.

Ireland vacation

Graham’s house was very clean and cost, and immediately felt like home. It was very close to the downtown area, and we enjoyed all the pubs and restaurants Kinsale has to offer, especially loved the music. We would live to stay in the cottage again!

Nice semi detached bungalow

Lovely bungalow with nice enclosed garden, but walk to town is more than 5 minutes and walk back is steep up hill. Property well maintained and in a quiet area.

Comfy, cosy and very functional

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this house. It was cosy, comfy , clean and warm. The kitchen was very functional and it was very easy to relax after being out all day . It’s about a 7 minute walk into town or a 2 minute drive. The just communicated really well. We will definitely be back .

we know this property so its good to return to a familiar place. Its in a very convenient location. Unfortunately the inclement weather didnt allow us to take advantage of the patio and garden spaces.

Lovely House

This house has a great location for staying in Kinsale. Its a very well equipped house. Beds are comfortably. It has a lovely lawn to the back with seating & fabulous view, if you were lucky enough to have nice weather. KINSALE itself is a lovely town....

Comfy house and close to town

The house is very cozy and within easy walking distance of the town. The house is well equipped, and the owner has provided the user manuals for most of the appliances which was very helpful. Everything is spotless and well maintained. It was very easy to communicate with the owner via the app. He responds quickly to any questions or concerns. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

Discovering Kinsale

We decided to stay in one place for a month to really get to know the people and what Kinsale had to offer. We were not disappointed. The house is lovely with a gorgeous view and a lovely neighbor. We did not rent a car so walked to town and would take a taxi or bus back when we had groceries to carry. We also used buses to go to other towns and that worked out well. Graham was easy to contact and answered all questions quickly. All in all a great place to stay. Highly recommended by all guests!

Nice place but some issues

We stayed at the house for 2 days. There were issues at the house that impacted our health so we moved to another location. The owner was very gracious and respectful and refunded the money. The house is a great location close to town centre. It has all that you need- full kitchen, living room, several bedrooms, two bathrooms and an expansive garden. The owner was easy to work with. He plans to address the issues we noted in his house. Once that is corrected, I would recommend this as a great place to stay!

Great bungalow near centre of Kinsale

We enjoyed a week here in September , it’s very convenient for access to Kinsale town centre. Nice little garden with outdoor table and chairs .There are also some very nice pictures on the walls. There were a few minor problems that need attention. The shower door on the en suite shower would not close and the window in that room leaked quite severely . None of the lights under the kitchen cupboards worked and the ventilation unit over the hobs did not work and was not clean . The sink drains outflow was blocked but I think I cleared this .The lawns were well maintained .

Great location kinsale.

It was fantastic. Great house, very spacious. Clean. Off street parking, enclosed garden, great for children. 5 to 10 minute walk to all amenities.Very accessible. Loved our time there.
