"The staff were less than helpful, There was no car parking anywhere near the hotel. It was student accommodation and not suitable for mature aged travellers. We chose not to stay here and found another motel."

Focal point can't help you because they don't you. Guest 365 is not on site, no one to help you. To get my key, I had to call Guest365, no code was given by email, very disorganised. "As expected slightly dated student accomodation. Great for price, 3 bedroom apartment perfect location. The only negative is the dated bathroom which I definitely in need of some TLC. Main areas of flat were clean but bathroom could have done with a deep clean. Overall though excellent value and comfortable."
