"Hotel and grounds are rather run down but trying. Bathroom in particular had seen better days. Room was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Our room name was Skye. The view was amazing and it was great watching Ferries come and go. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on food. Is a good 1/2 hour walk into town. However there is a bus stop almost opposite and a local taxi firm. One thing that really needs addressing is the Hotels front door. Our room was directly above it and it..."

We loved the fact that there was a complimentary, complete well-stocked bar in the room along with snacks. "Hotel was clean ,our bedroom was clean ,requested a sea view and it was lovely watching the boats ,some stopping to fish and others just sailing by, staff were all so friendly and helpful and nothing was a bother to them,there was also plenty of variety for breakfast,we had a lovely time. "Stayed two nights. Hotel is well situated but is getting a bit outdated. Bathroom door was poorly repaired. Hotel is quite noisy, all sounds within the hotel seem to carry and the doors slamming was both heard and felt when lying in bed. Breakfast was just basic. First morning apparently no chef working so no hot options only continental. Second morning with a chef so we were able to order hot food. Partner ordered a full Scottish breakfast and was happy but I ordered salmon, poach eggs and..."
