Love this hotel as usual but was genuinely upset at the lack of room service . They told me on the 3rd night I would receive room service . I stayed from Tuesday - Saturday & not once did I receive room service . The trash was overflowing. Besides that I love this hotel . Hoping for a better experience next time .
