Hi Tinamaria, It's unfortunate to hear that you feel this way. Your review is far from the facts. The apartment is gated and secure. Although the gate maybe open for a short period there is always a security on guard which was the case when you checked in, as he was the one who assisted you into the building given how late you arrived. We spoke several times throughout your stay and at no time you shared any reservation about the condition of the bathroom. Had you share any reservation we would have been happy to have the cleaners stop by. The bathroom was renovated less than 2 years ago. As for the item you claim to have left behind. We spoke and i told you the cleaner did not retrieve it. As to why you think the cleaner would want to steal an item which you use for hygienic reason is beyond me. We have had guest who left behind electrontic and jewelry and had no problem retrieving it once its found. I cant help but to think your comment on the bathroom which is where you claim to have left the item is fabricated and mischievous. Comments such as this is misleading and petty.
