New Kingston Rental

I was very disappointed with this property. Well, let’s say, the location, the building and personal were great. Now, the unit itself needed a ton of updates and decor. Limited electrical outlets, unclean bathrooms, water damage walls in powder room (mold), chairs on balcony need to go to the dump. Let’s say, without major repairs I would not use this property again.
