We stayed at their sister property. While the breakfast buffet was just ok and the other food we ordered for dinner was not exactly the best, the property is well kept. The first room we received was an insult it was super tiny and we couldn’t move, you could hear the conversations of the next person in the other room, we were upgraded to another room the same night of check in as it was unbearable. The upgraded room was perfect. The staff was nice and courteous, the grounds are well kept and will definitely stay here again and again and again!

The property was clean and location was perfect. I stayed at the Pegasus and the night before my departure I was unable to unlock my safe. The engineer came and it took a bit of time to open the safe. After several attempts with different keys. They were able to open it by using a drill at 1:15 am. This prevented me from getting enough sleep as I had to be up at 4am. Needless to say all I got from the hotel was an apology from the front desk clerk. The hotel could really improve on their service recovery methods. Marie the housekeeper was great and Duane was excellent also. Most of the staff are friendly and very professional. I was impressed with the measures taken to ensure best practices for infection control.

When I get to the site of the property I was directed to another property and in doing so I felt disappointed in not being where I wanted to be. The next thing was when I got to the other property I was charged a different rate from what I originally set upon.

A nice stop-off in the city

We only stayed here one night and didn't experience the breakfast on offer but the staff were friendly, the room clean and spacious enough with a balcony, and easily located in New Kingston. As the name suggests, it's convenient if you're arriving to the city on the Knutsford bus too. We had a great view over the pool and surrounding city from our balcony!

I liked the easy access to the bar and restaurants. Well kept overall with a very courteous fronk desk staff. Tacia stood out as she was exceptional. Jamaica Palace was a good upgrade. The elevator had some issues so that was a bit inconvenient.
