"We had a wonderful stay. The location is great - we could walk right over to Boat Town and enjoy a great meal or bring home take out. They have lots of TVs so watching the Final Four and Championship games were really fun. The house was comfortable and clean. The grill does not work, but everything else was in working order. "This is a nice, large house with all the conveniences, less than an hour from Austin. It was roomy enough for our three families, inside, and out on the porch. The Llano River is very shallow near the house- you can walk halfway across it and not get your knees wet. Perfect for the children. The land across from you is undeveloped; it is quiet here.
