"Our stay was enjoyable so much so that we extended it. I used the gym daily and the beach was clean and beautiful. I had to bring to their attention that a sink was clogged. They addressed it quickly and placed a gift in our room for the inconvenience. However, I noticed debris under the bed and sink that after our room was cleaned remained. I did my own cleaning and was able to enjoy my room. I informed house keeping that the safe was locked and they did not take the time to radio maintenance for us and told us to address it with the front desk. We took our valuables with us during the stay The breakfast was a buffet of American foods bagels etc. no Caribbean dishes were offered outside of Saltfish on Sundays. I personally look forward to authentic meals when I visit outside of the states but that was not offered. The grounds were well maintained. The views are so beautiful. You can watch the sunset on the beach. The landscape was perfect. I was able to meditate in peace and enjoyed the ocean and the mountains. I would stay again. It’s not a low priced hotel but a large grounds that requires funds to pay staff for the upkeep. It could use an upgrade, but there are a lot of antique pieces to admire. The beach is one of the best on the island and the staff was cordial"

"Overall, we had a great stay, but there are definitely areas that need improvement! The restaurant and bar staff were AMAZING and truly made our stay! The food was pricey but REALLY good. Our room was nicely decorated and felt homey, the balcony views were incredible, and housekeeping did a fantastic job. Unfortunately, maintenance and attention to detail were lacking. The bathroom sink was clogged, the stopper wouldn't come up, and the shower leaked water all over the floor. Towels were limited, the bed was too firm, and the blankets were stiff and itchy. The balcony was my biggest disappointment. The paint was chipped, cracked, and faded, and the furniture cushions were so dirty that I didn't even want to sit outside and enjoy the gorgeous view. Such a shame! We also had a few bugs in the room, although that's somewhat expected on an island. We only received bottled water on our first day of an eight-day stay. The Keurig didn't accept standard pods, so we wasted money purchasing them. Wish they had laundry service. Management really needs to focus on maintenance and the overall appearance of the property. It's the little things that add up and take away from what could be an amazing experience. Would I stay again? Absolutely, but mainly because of the incredible restaurant and bar staff, delicious food, and beautiful views. They made our stay memorable! I'd just return with lower expectations regarding the property's upkeep and overall aesthetics."

St.Croix, USVI- Cane Bay Beach -direct waterfront Cottage!

"We had a fantastic time at Casa Blanca. They thought of everything. The view is beyond spectacular. The place was clean and very well appointed. We also felt very secure there. Loved having the big dresser and large closet. The outside area was great for relaxing in the morning and reading and an added bonus was the pergola by the water. You literally can forget everything. We ended up grilling fish one night on the bbq also. The beach is close walking, but there are so many beaches to explore on St Croix we mostly ventured out in the jeep. Also went to AMA for dinner. It was 5 star. Jay was right, go for the sunset if you are able. Debra was the most responsive host I ever had and always offered multiple suggestions. Super fun and we felt very cared for!! Terry & Jim"

Cane Bay Sanctuary: Gated Oceanfront Retreat with Private Pool

"After having a less-than-ideal experience at another property, arriving here felt like exactly what our family needed. The home was clean, comfortable, peaceful, and immediately felt easy to settle into. The ocean views were beautiful, and we genuinely enjoyed being able to slow down and experience St. Croix from here.Traveling with a family, the little details matter, and we appreciated having a space that felt cared for and welcoming. It ended up being such a lovely part of our time on the island and a place we were genuinely happy to come back to at the end of the day.It We would absolutely stay here again."

"We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home! The house is comfortable, spacious, clean, and incredibly well stocked . Consider stopping by the house first before the grocery store to see what staples are there. Also , appreciated the sunscreen, Aloe and bug spray ( didn't really need this except for bioluminescence kayak tour) . Outside temps were hot when we were there but AC works great. We spent mornings and some evenings on the deck looking at that incredible view. The pool was the perfect place to relax and cool off after a day of activities. Plenty of pool toys . Also, beach chairs/ snorkel gear available in garage. The location next to Cane Bay is great with the best beach , great restaurants , food truck and also highly recommend Sweet Bottom Dive shop. Rent a Jeep and explore this magical island. Andrew was a wonderful host. He was very responsive, helpful, and easy to work with throughout our entire stay. This house truly exceeded our expectations and is an exceptional place to stay. Highly recommend it to anyone considering booking. Don't hesitate — book this house! You won't be disappointed!"

"Excellent location and the patio and view make it worth staying here. Definitely some updates needed and exercise room should not be included in listing. More attention should be paid to cleaning (notably the kitchen). Everyone was a pleasure to deal with."
