"The restaurant, pool and gym are awesome. The staff is amazing. Jairo and Kehiana took great care of us the entire stay. The room was spacious, modern and clean. We did not have time for the spa, but they have lots of offerings. "

"We had a good night sleep here, bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The only bad thing was the water in the shower never got even warm. My husband and I took cold showers late at night so that was not good. We have stayed there in the past while visiting and had a good experience then as well. Over all it was a nice stay"

"The Air conditioner worked. That was good. However, we were concerned to find debris on the bed … bits of sand and some dead bugs on top of the sheets. The bed is right underneath the A/C unit … maybe debris blown onto the bed when the A/C was turned on? The office was closed by the time we noticed at bedtime, so we could not change rooms or request fresh sheets (the sheets also had stains on them). As a result, we just shook out the sheets outside and remade the bed. No mattress pad so the bed was a bit uncomfortable. The room was a bit shabby as well … chips and scratches in the paint on the walls, especially by the closet doors. The staff was great at check-in and check-out and the bathroom was clean. Overall, not a great experience, but not absolutely horrible either."

"This was billed as an all inclusive resort, however it was not a true all inclusive. It included 3 meals each day but only breakfast had a choice. Lunch and dinner were served whatever the resort decided. Most dishes were very salty. No drinks were included. Not even bottled water. Luckily the tap water was safe to drink."

"I booked online and their check in desk was closed. I was unable to stay there for any duration of the time I reserved the room. I also contacted their customer service multiple times for a refund since the service was not rendered, and also for assistance since they did not have an option for contactless check in. Still have had no response 1 week after. My attempts were well within the check in hours with the only notice as piece of paper taped to the window. The entrance area and elevator were also dirty and smelled "

"This is a beautiful spot close to the airport. It has tons of potential but is in need of maintenance. We enjoyed the breakfast and lobby. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome."
