"As far as the stay I honestly couldn’t fault it my bed was super comfy I stayed in the queen suite with shared bathroom it was spotless and warm too Helen had the radiators on and an electric blanket in the bed which was much welcomed as I stayed mid- January. If you do stay in this room just switch the blanket on and wait an hour you might not be able to feel it to the touch but once you get into bed you’ll feel it. There was plenty of tea & coffee plus nice little touches like water chocolate...

"Absolutely beautiful cottage. Perfect placement for a Norfolk beach break away. Very clean, tidy and beautifully decorated property ! Loved the bathroom ! Bed was very comfortable ! Excellent communication with the owner and the property has a lovely pub very close by which is great. Lovely landlord and lady. Literally everything I wanted and needed in a holiday stay with my 3 dogs. Even the neighbours were al lovely and had 3 separate neighbours stop for a chat ! Thank you, id definitely stay...

The bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen & living area were spacious. With the living area going straight onto the patio area to the pool with several areas to sit & relax. This property is superb."

"The chapel is a beautifully converted property in a quiet village, well situated in the heart of the North Norfolk countryside and close to the coast. It is clean, comfortable and well equipped and the on-street parking is fine. We had an excellent break, made particularly memorable because we were blessed with beautiful warm and sunny weather."

It provided us with plenty of room for five adults and was a good home base for exploring some of the coastal areas of Norfolk. We loved the ability to have a fire in the fireplace each night. Our host, Ian, was very welcoming and helpful. While some of the appliances could stand to be updated, overall, we had a pleasant stay."

"So pleased to have found this beautiful holiday home which was perfect for a quiet family birthday celebration. Deceptively spacious, very comfortable and well-equipped, especially the kitchen. Loved the sun room overlooking the huge enclosed garden which was ideal for the dog. Beach was seconds away and the new hot tub was a great bonus. Overall, impossible to fault!"

"The house is massive, with 6 double bedrooms, very comfy beds, 3 bathrooms, nice toiletries and good size towels. The garden is beautiful, the kitchen is modern with everything you need. The only slight downside is that is is on the main road coming into Kings Lynn so you have constant traffic noise, however it is only a few minutes walk from the town centre, riverside and parks. Great house for a large group. The property managers are very helpful."

"What a gorgeous property, the photos dont do it justice. We will definitely book this bungalow whenever we visit Norfolk now. It's a lovely quiet location but still close to supermarkets and beaches. The bungalow itself is lovely and clean and has everything you need, and the ensuite bathroom really gives it the wow factor. "This was the perfect size for a large family break. Our children enjoyed the playground and board games and we all loved the pool table. Plenty of space for everyone and the 4 large bathrooms were an added bonus! There was a lovely view from the living room too. Thank you."

"Lovely spacious property with all mod cons let down by mean provisioning ie no tea towels, no towels, a hunt high and low to find more bog roll, only one tablet for the dishwasher, no soap in both bathrooms. Luckily a large supermarket near by. You will be visiting it!"

"The hosts were great with contact from start to finish. We arrived to find a cake and some milk, which was a thoughtful touch, and they checked in with us to make sure we had found the place too. The location is perfect; really close to the beach but also there's a river at the back of the lodge where you can sit on a swing and watch the birds for hours. My daughter loved it and loved feeding the birds too. The place was spotless. Beds were so comfy too. We will hopefully be back!"
