"We had a wonderful stay at FarView, Venus Bay. The house is beautifully maintained, welcoming, and genuinely pet‑friendly. We travelled with our two elderly pugs, and they were perfectly comfortable the entire time. The owners were easy to contact, thoughtful, and clearly care about their guests’ experience.Venus Bay itself is a quiet little town, which was exactly what we were looking for. A few more cafés and food options in the future would add some healthy competition, and the unpaved streets can get a bit dusty when cars pass or the wind picks up. That said, the town is very clean, and the beaches are absolutely pristine. The Surf Lifesaving Club deserves real credit—their presence makes the beaches feel safe and well‑looked‑after.We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Joseph and Helen’s place again. It was excellent in every way, and we’re grateful for the care they put into making it such a comfortable getaway."
