"LOCK ON DOOR WAS BROKEN TWO TIMES. ONCE WHEN WE LEFT THE LOCK WOULD NOT LOCK AND LATER THAT EVENING THE LOCK WAS BROKEN AGAIN AND COULD NOT GET BACK INTO THE ROOM. MAINTENANCE HAD TO COME TO THE ROOM 2 TIMES. ALSO WE ASKED (AND WAS PROMISED) THAT, BECAUSE OF EARLY DEPARTURE), BREAKFAST WOULD BE READY ..."
