Air conditioning throughout, a private entrance, and keypad entry at any hour. Grocery, coffee and restaurant options sit roughly 0.1 to 0.9 mile away. One bedroom with a king bed, plus a queen sofa bed in the living room, so four sleep in real beds. Please note: no pets.
    -Please no eating or drinking in the bedrooms or living room. Enjoy your meals and drinks in the kitchen/dining area.
    -Please make sure that you turn off all lights and electronics when you leave the property.
    -Please do not place the AC unit below 70 degrees.
