"The staff was not welcoming at all. No greetings, just look away. The cleaning staff parked outside our door and was very loud. Our room did not get cleaned that day. The towels and sheets were worn and had black marks on them. They did smell cleaned but had holes and fraying edges. We went down to breakfast on Saturday at 9:30. When we asked if there were more sausages we were told breakfast was over. The front desk had said it ended at 10:00. The last evening in our room we found a bug. Not positive about what kind but it looked very similar to a roach. Overall not a comfortable stay in Kingsville, TX"

"Our room smelled bad. Damp, musty. Internet service was slow, spotty at best. The bed was comfortable, a spacious room equipped to accommodate those in wheelchairs."

"Room was very musty smelling. Had to purchase air fresheners to bear the smell. Towels and sheets were thread bare. Smoke detector was broken. Only 1 travel size shampoo. No face cloths or hand towels and no soap. No dryer, no tissues, no cups or glasses. Bath towels looked used so we requested fresh. Continental breakfast consisted of 2 kinds of cereal and a gallon of milk and coffee. It was raining and cold the entire time so could not use the pool. It did look inviting."

"This place was great. I have never stayed in a vrbo that paid so much attention to the details. For example, the key code was the last four digits of my phone number (even I could remember that), a very well stocked coffee bar, very comfortable beds, large showers with good pressure and plenty shampoo & soap, the kitchen was extremely well equipped, and more.Everything was clean and neat. The lighted pier is fabulous. Very comfy living room furniture. Covered parking. The sun deck is nice (and incredibly well built) .Thank you Anjanette for making our stay comfortable and fun. I hope to be back soon to catch the gator trout I missed this time...Paul "
