"What a gem of a hotel in the “Gem City”. The hotel is conveniently located near the delightfully reimagined downtown area, including local eateries and breweries. The neighborhood architecture has been maintain and upgraded, and this hotel fits nicely in it. The room was very comfortable with modern amenities. I would highly recommend this hotel, including the bar and restaurant located on the top floor to anyone traveling to Dayton for business or pleasure."

"The area was close to the highway. It had some eating options within walking distance. The laundry facility was also convenient. Maybe would suggest a laundry supply vending machine in the facility. Internet connection was good. The Bed was very clean and comfortable."

"Our room we originally booked was dirty, smelled like smoke, no sheets on the pull out sofa bed,(that was broke). Stains on the sheets and toilet lid. Then moved us to a room with two double beds"
