"チェックイン前日に来るはずだった案内メールが届かず、フロント玄関の鍵が開けられない状況になった。 たまたま、他のチェックイン客が開けてくれたので館内に入ることは出来た。 2度目の投宿で要領は分かってはいたが、鍵の開錠ができない、というのは想定外であった。 その場で電話で前述の件を伝えたが「ああ、ごめんなさい」程度の反応で落胆した。 館内の清掃、部屋の準備を含めて、Value for moneyだとは思っているが、案内メールの発信は毎日確認するべきだと思う。 次回も利用させてもらいたいが、ぜひ改善をお願いしたい。"

"It’s was very clean and spacious I really enjoyed the time and the area around was very beautiful."

"There was great communication between us and the staff. We did have a bit of trouble when it came to the airport shuttle, but it was solvable and in the end did not have an impact on our experience there. The location is beautiful. It is located in Onna village which is quieter at night, so if you are looking for nighttime experiences, you would have to drive or taxi about 20-30 minutes to chatan to do so. All in all, it was a beautiful space that was perfect for our party of 7 and I would...

"Great view and a good location for accessing all sites on the island. The house was very roomy and was full of beautiful art, including the painted sliding walls for the tatami mat rooms."

"Pros: quiet area, big living room & dining room, big parking lot. Water pressure was good, and I especially appreciated a big entre. Cons: we could have wished more towels, kitchen towels, and bigger bedrooms. The area is quiet and a walking distance to a pretty beach, however, it would take a bit of drive to find place to eat. "
