"Everything was great except the check in. We waited over 30 minutes in line before getting to the front desk. It was the last day of a long weekend, so management should have expected more people to be checking in and had more staff at the front desk. Management should also have come up with a better way to do the “children’s gift” promotion, rather than doing it at check-in; this slowed things down a lot, as many children couldn’t decide which gift to choose."
